It's a nerve wrecking experience given the money involved when you remodel your home. I've used a number of companies to remodel my home in the past few years and I find that you're always going to run into issues and some form of miscommunication. In working with ECCI, and more specifically Crystal, I've found they were very thorough in determining what I wanted done and detailing any hinderances to the project before work began. I definitely put pressure on them to complete the project sooner than they estimated, but they were able to meet my straining demands. Of the numerous organizations I've worked with, hands down ECCI was able to execute my vision with the least amount of hiccups and headaches. It's evident in how they operate that the customers' satisfaction is more important than project profit. Definitely using them again in the next project.

Ivan and his crew were professional, responsive, and delivered amazing results! I needed new hallway cabinets and a new bathroom partitioned into an existing room and talked to many different contractors before finally meeting with Ivan. He sent me a mock up of my new bath and estimate within the next 48 hrs. Thuy and Angel worked tirelessly to complete my build in a timely matter and were very considerate of my space and my pets. They were positive, thorough and pleasant to work with. I have a mid-century Garden Grove home that I inherited and was in need of many repairs and improvements before listing for sale. I started with replacing the windows (by ECCI) and was so impressed I not only added more windows, but also had a meeting with Long Phi, the General Contractor, to discuss indoor/outdoor painting, fascia board repair, new doors, baseboards and a new entry door. Long was excellent at providing economical improvement ideas that would enhance the appearance of the home in order to show well. Long is a gifted craftsman, and pays very close attention to detail. He works as if the project is for his own home, and is not satisfied unless the results are perfect. The entry door installation was tricky and he spent 2 days making sure it was just right. The fireplace mantel he customed built turned out to be the focal point of my living room. I'm getting so many compliments! I highly recommend discussing your project with Long as you gather bids. This company is competitive in pricing and they really know the remodeling business. Crystal is very knowledgeable, efficient, and super easy to work with. Anytime I had a question for Long or Crystal, they responded within minutes by text, call or email. Very reliable! Good luck with your project!

We needed to replace all the windows in my house and was looking for a vendor. ECCI was the first place we went for an estimate and we didn't bother going anywhere else after. Crystal helped us out and explained all the features of the Milgard Windows we were looking for and the differences between the two product lines. She was really patient and answered all our questions.  We were also updating our bathrooms at the same time, so we ending up using ECCI to make our vanities and ordered shower tile through them. Crystal was also very responsive whenever I had questions and was very easy to get in contact with. All in all, it was a great experience with ECCI.

We had ECCI install 7 windows and one slider.  The staff is professional and easy to work with.  They are very competitive and the Low E windows are very nice.  The install was done in one day.  The crew was attentive to the surrounding furniture and thoroughly cleaned up the job site when finished. This place is way better than going to a huge warehouse, it has everything you need on the spot. Crystal was very patient and helpful and she even let us take some samples home. She will also recommend the best product out there. We made a last minute change on the tile color and she was able to waive the restocking fee for us. Crystal was really helpful in picking my floors out. I had two other companies state they were not able do vinyl flooring in my home. But we were able to get them in and I love my floors.
